On March 31, 2025, Vitebsk State Medical University hosted a solemn event dedicated to awarding the winners of the University Olympiads in the subjects of Biology and Chemistry, who are eligible for admission to the university without entrance tests.

Denis Litz, the Vice-rector for International Relations, Organizational and Legal Work at VSMU, delivered a welcoming speech. He congratulated the winners of the university Olympiads, presented them with diplomas, letters of thanks for parents and souvenirs with the VSMU logo.

On March 27, 2025, VSMU hosted an expanded meeting of the Presidium of the Oktyabrsky District Council of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans of Vitebsk on the topic: "On the practice of the primary organization of veterans of the educational establishment Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University."

From March 31 to April 2, 2025, Vitebsk hosts a bright festival of youth creativity “Student Spring - 2025” dedicated to the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia.

This year the teams of six universities of Vitebsk region united by the theme “Time has chosen us” are demonstrating their talents.

The first day of the festival has already given the audience unforgettable emotions!

On March 29, 2025, the primary trade union organizations of  the VSMU employees and students organized a tourist and sightseeing trip around Mogilev, including visits to key attractions of the city and its surroundings.

The tourist program began with the Museum of history in the City Hall, the symbol of the free city. Here the participants got acquainted with the exposition covering the period from the tenth to the beginning of the twentieth century, learned about the medieval culture, way of life and traditions of Mogilev.

On March 31, 2025, VSMU hosted a meeting of the graduate students of the medical, dental and pharmaceutical faculties with the First Vice-rector A.N. Shchupakova, the Head of the Legal Department D.S. Puzanov, the employees of the support sector for young professionals and interns, the chairmen of the trade union committees of the staff and students of VSMU. The meeting discussed issues of assistance to VSMU in the professional and social adaptation of young specialists, socio-economic protection of graduate students, interns and young professionals, the rights and obligations of young professionals, the functioning of the support sector for young professionals and interns, the work of the hotline, the specifics of employment, the status of a young specialist, mentoring, guarantees and compensation, etc.
