Students and staff of VSMU took part in the military-applied game "Onslaught"

On October 13, 2024, the team of the military-patriotic Club of VSMU "I Serve the Fatherland" took part in the military-sports competition "Onslaught", which was held in the 103rd separate guards airborne brigade in order to strengthen the prestige of service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, to cultivate patriotism, to improve the skills of young people in military training and military-applied sports.

Meeting-dialogue within the framework of the Week of Parental Love

family role 01On October 15, 2024, a meeting-dialogue was held at VSMU, dedicated to Mother's Day and the Week of Parental Love, between VSMU students and the head of the Diaconal Center of the Vitebsk Diocese of the Belarusian Orthodox Church, Inna Vladimirovna Kostyukovich. The main topic of the meeting was the discussion of the most important role of the family in the development of an individual, society and the state.

International cooperation. Visit of the Volgograd Region delegation to VSMU

volgograd vsmu 01On October 14, 2024, a delegation of heads and specialists of medical institutions of the Volgograd Region, headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Healthcare Committee of the Volgograd Region, Victoria Evgenievna Troneva, visited VSMU on a business visit. The delegation was welcomed by the Rector of the University Alexey Nikolaevich Chukanov and the representatives of the University and the VSMU Clinic.

Space for study and creativity: several coworking zones have opened at VSMU

kovorking zon 01Our university is increasingly opening up spaces for study, creativity, events, and just hanging out with friends, because one of the priority tasks for VSMU in the Year of Quality and beyond is to improve the quality of education and students' leisure.

On October 11, 2024, several coworking zones were opened at once in the laboratory and theoretical building of VSMU. The symbolic key to the new spaces for study and creativity was handed over by Denis Lits, the Vice-Rector for International Relations, Organizational and Legal Work of VSMU, to representatives of the student community.
