The solemn ceremony of presenting diplomas of Vitebsk State Medical University to graduates of the Faculty of Medicine took place in the hall of the Palace of Culture of Railway Workers.

414 graduates of the Faculty of Medicine, including 61 holders of diplomas with honors, leave Alma Mater.

A ceremonial meeting of the University Council was held dedicated to the 61st graduation of full-time education pharmacists from the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Faculty graduates - 115 people - received long-awaited university diplomas, 9 of them with honors.

Congratulations to the graduates of the Faculty of Dentistry!

On June 26, 2024, a solemn University Council dedicated to the 19th graduation of doctors in the specialty “Dentistry” took place at the Palace of Culture of Railway Workers.

52 graduates of the Faculty of Dentistry, 17 of whom received a diploma with honors, took the “Oath of the Doctor of the Republic of Belarus.”

Dear VSMU graduates of 2024!

Congratulations on your successful graduation from our university. You are starting your own path into a profession - the most beautiful and noble of all. I am confident that the knowledge and skills acquired over the years of study will help you cope with any professional challenges.

The teachers who taught you everything they know and can do themselves - are proud of you today. Don’t forget them and remember that a doctor learns throughout his life!

Set great goals for yourself, do not be afraid of difficult tasks and may good luck accompany you in everything. I am confident that wherever you work, you will worthily bear the title of graduate of Vitebsk State Medical University.

On June 25, 2024, at the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, an award ceremony was held for the laureates of the special funds of the President of the Republic of Belarus for social support of gifted students and for the support of talented youth.

VSMU students also received awards:

Alena Janoyan, 1st year student of the Faculty of Pediatrics - winner of the World Invention Competition and Exhibition (Malaysia);

Fomichev Nazar, 1st year student of the Faculty of Medicine - winner of the 7th European Geographical Olympiad (Serbia).
