On June 25, 2024, a conference of the workforce of Vitebsk State Medical University was held on the issue of adopting a Collective Agreement for 2024-2027.

The conference was attended by the Rector of the University Alexey Chukanov, the Vice-rector for international relations and organizational and legal work Denis Lits, the chairman of the professional training of the employees of the educational establishment "VSMU" BTUHW Alexander Myasoedov, the members of the university staff.

The participants of the event discussed the results of work for the past period, approved the new version of the collective agreement, and outlined tasks for the future. The adopted collective agreement preserves the rights and guarantees for employees, enshrined in the previous collective agreement, while certain provisions of the previously valid agreement have been adjusted and supplemented, and new rules have been introduced, providing for the establishment of additional guarantees and compensation for certain categories of employees.
