Ceremony honoring gifted youth

On June 25, 2024, at the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, an award ceremony was held for the laureates of the special funds of the President of the Republic of Belarus for social support of gifted students and for the support of talented youth.

VSMU students also received awards:

Alena Janoyan, 1st year student of the Faculty of Pediatrics - winner of the World Invention Competition and Exhibition (Malaysia);

Fomichev Nazar, 1st year student of the Faculty of Medicine - winner of the 7th European Geographical Olympiad (Serbia).

The event was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Igor Petrishenko, the Minister of Culture Anatoly Markevich, the Deputy Minister of Education Alexander Kadlubay, the Director of the state institution “Minsk Scientific and Practical Center for Surgery, Transplantology and Hematology” Oleg Rummo.
