From March 24 to March 30, 2025, “Zero Injury Week” was held in VSMU on the theme “Personal Caution: can we just try?”.

Within the framework of the event the following activities were carried out by the employees of the sector of labor protection and safety together with the trade union committee of VSMU employees:

On March 28, 2025, within the framework of the VI Open Contest “GRACIA INTERNATIONAL” an unforgettable show of talents, beauty and cultural diversity unfolded! This year the contest went beyond the usual limits - together with the girls, the guys came on stage, making the event even more spectacular. 14 bright participants fought for victory in five tests: cooking a national dish, oratorical skills, creative number, fashion show and cheerleading competition.

During spring vacations from March 24 to 28, 2025, for the students of the 10-11 classes of general secondary education institutions the Faculty of pre-university training together with medical, dental, pediatric and pharmaceutical faculties organized and held the event “Become a student of VSMU for one day”.

The event was attended by more than 50 students from Vitebsk, Vitebsk, Mogilev and Gomel regions.

During the autumn, winter and spring vacations within the framework of agreements on joint activity between VSMU and institutions of general secondary education of Vitebsk, Mogilev, Polotsk, Novopolotsk, Orsha, Tolochin, Gorodok, Chaus, Post, Mozyr, Braslav, Senno the Faculty of Pre-University Training organized classes within the event “Knowledge Marathon” for the students of the 8-11 grades.

On March 28, 2025, in VSMU the meeting of the University Rector, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Alexey Chukanov with the students took place.

At the beginning of the meeting Alexey Nikolaevich noted that the inauguration of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko became an important event for our country, including for the student youth of the University.
