From October 11, 2023, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus announced a competition of anti-drug posters “Say NO to Drugs!” Employees of government institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Health, health care organizations, as well as students of educational establishments receiving higher medical education can take part in the competition.

The 1st year student of the Faculty of Medicine at VSMU Elizaveta Ivanova took part in the International youth project of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States “100 ideas for the CIS”.

The project is carried out in order to implement the Agreement of the CIS member states on cooperation in the field of work with youth, the Strategy for international youth cooperation of the CIS member states for 2021–2030.

On October 17 and 20, 2023, at the educational center for practical and simulation training, team trainings were conducted for the 4th year students of the Faculty of Medicine of VSMU and students of Orsha State Medical College within the framework of network interaction.

The Week of Parental Love was celebrated with a bright event on October 20, 2023, at the International Friendship Club in Dormitory No. 1. Student families, students and graduates from Sri Lanka, Lebanon, Belarus, the Russian Federation, India, and the Maldives lovingly made postcards, enjoyed national dances and received gifts from the FOST dean's office. The heartwarming and warm event showed the importance of family values, love and peace.

On October 20, 2023, parents of the 2-4 year students of VSMU, excellent students, visited the training center for practical training and simulation training. The head of TCPT&ST Viktor Rednenko introduced parents to the main directions of the educational process at the Center and opportunities for self-realization of students.
