We bow low to the patriots who at the cost of their lives and health brought peace, order and tranquillity back to our land. Their unparalleled feats, strength of spirit and unwavering moral principles are our national pride and a great truth that cannot be distorted and forgotten.

From February 17 to 19, 2025, volleyball competitions among women's teams within the framework of the year-round Spartakiad of students of higher educational establishments of Vitebsk was held.

The team of Vitebsk State Medical University showed a brilliant performance and took the 2nd place winning silver medals.

We congratulate the team of VSMU with a worthy performance and wish further success in sports and studies!

On February 12 and 19, 2025, the Faculty of Pre-University Training of Vitebsk State Medical University organized career guidance tours for the students of Vitebsk State Industrial and Technological College. During the excursion to the anatomical museum of VSMU students were shown collections of anatomical preparations reflecting the peculiarities of the human body structure.

On February 19, 2025, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Ivan Vladimirovich Kubrakov met with the activists of student and working youth at the Republican Youth Center within the framework of the project “Non-random meetings”.

Vitebsk State Medical University was represented at the meeting by the Chairperson of the Student Council of VSMU Denisyonok Polina.

On February 19, 2025 in accordance with the work plan of the scientific and educational cluster “Medicine and Pharmacy - Innovative Projects” the Department of General and Organic Chemistry organized a tour of the exhibition “Chemical Laboratory - Yesterday and Today” for the students of P.M. Masherov State University. This tour presents unique exhibits demonstrating the development of chemical research and technology, as well as instruments and equipment for chemical reactions and study of the properties of chemical compounds. The exhibition also presents the samples of laboratory utensils and chemical literature from 1940 to the present day.
