Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of Belarus Josef Migash, Chairman of the Health Committee of the National Council of the Slovak Republic Stefan Zelnik, Director General of the Pharmaceutical and Drug Policy Section of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic Matej Petrovich, Director of the State Bureau for Drug Control Zuzana Bitiova and other representatives of the Ministry of Health and the Embassy of the Slovak Republic were among the guests of our University.

From 27 to 29 October, 2017 in the city of Zelenogorsk near St. Petersburg, the VII International Chemico-Olympic Games (HOI) was held, which was traditionally organized by St. Petersburg State Chemical and Pharmaceutical Academy (SPCPA). For the second consecutive year, the organizers invite the VSMU team to participate in the HOI.
Our team was represented by the students of the Pharmaceutical Faculty Anastasia Yezerskaya (the leader of the team), Maria Potapenko, Yevgenia Gruchenkova, Yevgeniy Terekhov, Alesya Baran, Kristina Gatalskaya, Victoria Zaytseva, Aleksandr Yurkevich, Maria Statkevich, Victoria Garashchuk.
