From 27 to 29 October, 2017 in the city of Zelenogorsk near St. Petersburg, the VII International Chemico-Olympic Games (HOI) was held, which was traditionally organized by St. Petersburg State Chemical and Pharmaceutical Academy (SPCPA). For the second consecutive year, the organizers invite the VSMU team to participate in the HOI.
Our team was represented by the students of the Pharmaceutical Faculty Anastasia Yezerskaya (the leader of the team), Maria Potapenko, Yevgenia Gruchenkova, Yevgeniy Terekhov, Alesya Baran, Kristina Gatalskaya, Victoria Zaytseva, Aleksandr Yurkevich, Maria Statkevich, Victoria Garashchuk.
The team from the Republic of Belarus won again! VSMU – double champion of International Chemico-Olympic Games! When the team stood on the stage, the hall chanted: "VITEBSK, VITEBSK!" This moment will remain in the memory of each participant forever!
The team expresses its sincere gratitude to the Rector of VSMU, Professor Anatoliy Tadeushevich Shchastniy, Vice-rector Educational Work, Professor Natalia Konevalova, Dean of the Pharmaceutical Faculty, Associate Professor Valentina Kugach, Department of International Affairs and everyone who took part in organizing our trip to St. Petersburg.
We sincerely thank the Rector of St. Petersburg State Chemical and Pharmaceutical Academy, Professor Igor Anatolievich Narkevich, Vice-Rector of Aadministrative-Personnel and Pedagogical Work, Associate Professor Vladimir Gennadievich Luzhanin, the Academy staff for the high professional level of organization and performance of the VII International Chemico-Olympic Games, interesting contests, new friends, for warm and hearty welcome.
