Visit of Dr. Inderdeep Singh Pahal, Global Director for University/Institutional Partnership of Kaplan Medical Company to VSMU

On 11 November 2018, Dr. Inderdeep Singh Pahal, Global Director for University/Institutional Partnership of Kaplan Medical Company, visited VSMU.

Kaplan Medical Company is the world leader in providing services for preparation for USMLE examinations to gain the right for licensed medical practice in the US, which also extends to other countries around the world. The company has been engaged in this sphere for 40 years. The percentage of successful passing the USMLE examination after completing the training at Kaplan Medical is 72-95%.

During the meeting, Dr. Inderdeep Singh Pahal and the rector of VSMU discussed the possibilities of cooperation and participation of students of the Faculty of Oversees Students Training of VSMU in this program.

Following the visit, a seminar with foreign students was held, in which Dr. Inderdeep Singh Pahal spoke in detail regarding the stages of preparation to sit for USMLE exams, the specifics of theoretical questions asked and passing practical skills.

Students had the opportunity to ask all questions of interest to the representative of Kaplan Medical Company, with full and complete replies to them.
