Congratulations to VSMU team to with 1st place in the Republican Olympiad in "Pediatrics"

Our congratulations to VSMU team for taking 1st place at the Republican Olympiad in "Pediatrics" among students studying at higher medical institutions in specialty 1-79 01 01 "General Medicine".

On April 5-6, 2018, the Republican Olympiad on the academic discipline "Pediatrics" was held on the basis of "Vitebsk State Order of Peoples’ Friendship Medical University" among students of higher medical educational establishments in specialty 1-79 01 01 "General Medicine" and 1-79 01 02 "Pediatrics", where VSMU team was the best.

Our winners:

Sakalasuriya Janani – 1^st place in computer testing among students of General Medicine Faculty; 2^nd place in solving of situational tasks among 4^th – year students; 3^rd place in computer testing among 4^th - year students; 3^rd place in the competition "Diagnosis of Diseases" among 4^th - year students.

Haputantri Dona Sarah Rosmary - individual competition 1^st place; 1^st place in computer testing among 4^th - year students; 1^st place in solving of situational tasks among 4^th - year students.

Fuard Mohammed Malik – 1^st place in the competition "Diagnosis of Diseases" among 4^th - year students; 2^nd place in the competition "Diagnosis of Diseases" among students of General Medicine Faculty; 2^nd place in computer testing among 4^th - year students; 3^rd place in solving of situational tasks among 4^th - year students.

Nikiforova Anzhela Dmitrievna – 1^st place in the competition "Diagnosis of Diseases" among the students of General Medicine Faculty; 1^st place in the competition "Diagnosis of Diseases" among 5^th - year students; 2^nd place in solving of situational tasks among 5^th - year students; 3^rd place in computer testing among 5^th - year students.

Vetashkov Egor Vladimirovich – 3^rd place in individual competition; 1^st place in solving situational tasks among 5^th - year students; 1^st place in computer testing among 5^th - year students; 2^nd place in computer testing among students of General Medicine Faculty.

Belskaya Is-El Petrovna – 2^nd place in solving of situational tasks among the students of General Medicine Faculty; 2^nd place in computer testing among 5^th - year students; 3^rd place in the "Diagnosis of Diseases" competition among 5^th -year students; 3^rd place in solving of situational tasks among 5^th - year students.

De Livera Dinush Ranga – 1^st place in solving situational tasks among students of General Medicine Faculty; 1^st  place in the "Diagnosis of Diseases" competition among 6^th - year students; 3^rd  place in computer testing among 6^th - year students;

Ravindran Uma Gayatriya – 1^st place in solving of situational tasks among 6^th - year students; 2^nd place in computer testing among 6^th - year students; 2^nd place in the "Diagnosis of Diseases" competition among 6^th - year students; 3^rd place in solving of situational tasks among students of General Medicine Faculty.

Ranasinghe Sasini – 1^st place in computer testing among 6^th - year students; 2^nd place in computer testing among students of General Medicine Faculty; 3^rd place in the "Diagnosis of Diseases" competition among 6^th - year students.

I especially would like to mention 4^th and 6^th –year students of Overseas Students Training Faculty, who not only competed on equal ground with local students, but were also the best in some competitions with diplomas awarded.
