Press conference dedicated to the month of the Red Cross

Every year from May 8 to June 1, the month of the Belarusian Red Cross is held in the Republic of Belarus under the motto “Kindness in everyone’s heart.”

This year for the first time a press conference of the Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian Red Cross was held on the basis of VSMU, within the framework of which an agreement was concluded between the Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian Red Cross and Vitebsk State Medical University. The agreement was signed by the rector of VSMU Alexey Chukanov and the chairman of the Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian Red Cross Galina Zhelanova.

Then an exchange of views took place on areas of cooperation between the two organizations, in which the rector of the university, the chairman of the Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian Red Cross, the vice-rector for educational work of VSMU, the head of the Training Center for Practical Training and Simulation Medicine of VSMU, specialists from the Red Cross organization and volunteers took part.
