Department of biology FDP

The activities of the department are carried out in the following areas:

• preparation of students of the faculty of pre-university preparation for successful completion of entrance tests in biology and admission to VSMU or other universities of the republic;
• development, systematization, updating and addition of educational-methodical and electronic educational-methodical complexes for listeners of the faculty of pre-university training of all forms of education in order to deeply master the educational material and implement an individual approach to the organization of cognitive activity;
• conducting educational and ideological work with listeners of the faculty of pre-university training;
• professional orientation of learners, provision of methodological and advisory assistance to teachers and students of secondary schools, gymnasiums, colleges of the city of Vitebsk and the Vitebsk region;
• participation in the research work of the laboratory of innovative pedagogy in order to introduce innovative technologies into the educational process and intensify the preparation of listeners for entrance tests.

Forms of training of listeners:

• preparatory department of daytime form of getting an education;
• preparatory courses of evening form of getting an education for 11th grade learners;
• preparatory courses of evening form of getting an education for 10th grade learners;
• preparatory courses of evening form of getting an education for 9th grade learners;
• preparatory courses of weekend for 10th grade learners;
• preparatory courses of weekend for 11th grade learners.
