On April 7, 2025, Vitebsk State Medical University held a staff meeting to discuss Presidential Directive No. 11 "On Improving the Functioning of Government Bodies and Strengthening Executive Discipline."

The key provisions of the document were presented to the staff by: the First Vice-Rector A.N. Shchupakova, the Vice-Rector for Security, Regime and Personnel N.B. Dorofeyev, the Head of the Personnel Department O.A. Yevdokimov, the Vice-Rector for Ideological and Educational Work D.K. Kuzhel, and the Chairman of the Staff Trade Union Committee A.M. Myasoyedov.

During the discussion, the university representatives shared their positions and suggestions, including: the Head of the Department of Clinical Microbiology I.A. Generalov, the Head of the Department of Faculty Therapy V.I. Kozlovsky, the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry I.Yu. Karpuk, the Head of the Department of Pathophysiology L.E. Belyaeva, and the Head of the Department of Hospital Therapy and Cardiology with FAT and PR Courses V.P. Podpalov.
