On the basis of simulation and certification center of Vitebsk State Medical University a specialized training for pediatricians undergoing advanced training on the program “Emergency medical care in pediatrics” was held. The event was organized by the Department of Pediatrics No. 2 with a course of FAT and PR and was aimed at practicing key skills needed to provide emergency medical care to children.

As part of the training participants used modern simulation equipment, including phantoms and mannequins, to practice indirect cardiac massage techniques and the correct use of an Ambu bag for artificial ventilation.

Such interactive training methods not only improve the quality of the educational process, but also significantly improve the level of care provided to patients.

The use of simulation technologies in the training of pediatricians is an important step in the training of specialists capable of promptly and effectively responding to critical situations in pediatric practice.
