At the Vitebsk State Medical University a meeting was held on the issues of amendments and additions to the collective agreement. The event was held in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and mutual understanding. The discussion was attended by the representatives of the University administration and the primary trade union organization of the VSMU employees.

The main goal of the meeting was to improve the collective agreement, which is an important tool for regulating labor relations and social guarantees for the university employees. During the discussion the proposals received from the labor collective were carefully considered. The meeting participants discussed topical issues that concerned improving working conditions, increasing the level of social security of employees and optimizing labor processes.

According to the results of the meeting specific norms and proposals were developed, which will be submitted for consideration at the future reporting conference of the primary trade union organization of the VSMU employees. This event will be an important step towards strengthening social partnership and creating even more comfortable conditions for the work and professional growth of the university employees.
