The primary trade union organization of the VSMU employees continues to actively develop the youth direction, creating the conditions for self-realization, professional growth and consolidation of corporate spirit among young professionals. On February 14-15, 2025, a large-scale intellectual tournament “What? Where? When?” was held at the Losvid Tourist and Wellness Complex The event united the teams of young professionals who demonstrated not only erudition and logical thinking but also the ability to work in the team. The tournament became a striking example of how the trade union organization contributes to the development of the intellectual potential of the youth, creating a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience.

The VSMU trade union activist’s seminar for young specialists was also held. The theme of the seminar is “Young specialist, join. Self-realization of the youth in VSMU. The prospects of career growth, cultural and artistic and sports and wellness work of the trade union organization of VSMU staff aroused live interest among the participants. The seminar discussed topical issues of professional development, career opportunities, as well as the role of the trade union organization in the creation of a comfortable and supportive environment for young people.
