On February 6, 2025 new partners – representatives of the Shandong Higher College of Traditional Chinese Medicine visited VSMU.

The guests from the Chinese educational establishment were greeted by the Head of the Department of International and Interregional Affairs Elena Sharykhina, the Dean of the Pharmaceutical Faculty Valentina Kugach and the Head of the Department of International Affairs Anna Pchelintseva.

The Chinese partners told about the Shandong Higher Medical College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, its history, educational programs, key disciplines and international cooperation. Elena Sharykhina presented information about our university, spoke about the international activities and opportunities of VSMU. The guests were impressed by the high level of international reputation, strengths in educational programs and experience of international cooperation of VSMU. Agreements were reached on the creation of joint educational programs in the field of pharmacy, holding mutual lectures and master classes, participation in scientific and educational events.
