On December 26, 2024 the Rector of Vitebsk State Medical University Alexey Chukanov met with the participants of the X International Youth Medical Congress “St. Petersburg Scientific Readings - 2024” and the III International Online Olympiad “Private Histology”.

The students shared their impressions of participation in the events, told about interesting and most striking moments.

Alexey Nikolaevich noted the high level of preparation of our students and emphasized the importance of such events for the development of scientific potential of young specialists. And those gathered, in turn, thanked Alexey Nikolaevich for favorable conditions created in VSMU for professional formation of students.

Such meetings have already become traditional in our university and allow young people to express their ideas and suggestions, and administration - to hear them and take them into account in decision making. This interaction helps to create more comfortable conditions for study and research activities, and also contributes to the formation of a community in which every voice is important.

At the end of the meeting, the Rector presented the participants with memorable gifts and wished them further success in their scientific activities, professional growth and new victories!
