On December 19, 2024, a meeting was held between the chairman of the regional committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Healthcare Workers Vladimir Plytkevich and the employees of Vitebsk State Medical University.

The leader of the regional trade union spoke about the important stages that our country has gone through during the existence of the presidency. He emphasized that modern Belarus is confidently moving along the path of its own development, remaining a peaceful, stable and independent country with a rich cultural heritage and traditions.

Vladimir Plytkevich noted that Vitebsk Medical University is one of the leading centers of practice-oriented medical education and science in the country. Experienced specialists work here, who carefully preserve the traditions laid down by previous generations, whose names the whole country is proud of.

The chairman of the trade union committee of VSMU employees Alexander Myasoedov explained to the audience the basic principles of the electoral system and presented the calendar plan for the upcoming election campaign.

Alexander Myasoedov emphasized: “Participation in elections is an opportunity for everyone to demonstrate social responsibility and make a personal contribution to the future of our country.”
