On December 11, 2024, the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Dentistry held an event called "Job Fair" for the final-year students of the Faculty of Dentistry at VSMU.

The Heads of healthcare organizations told graduates about the structure and equipment of the healthcare institutions under their jurisdiction, as well as about the prospects for practical work for young specialists. The speakers raised such issues as: the size of wages, housing provision, compensation for renting housing, incentive payments to young specialists, the procedure for providing financial assistance, etc.

The students could personally talk to potential employers and ask questions of interest, having received objective information about the proposed work, the features of the personnel policy of the organizations ordering personnel.
