As part of the implementation of the excursion tour plan to introduce students to the historical and cultural sights of the Republic of Belarus "I love my Motherland with the pure name Belarus", on December 11, the university students visited the city of Orsha.

A sightseeing tour of the city was organized for the excursion participants, an acquaintance with the exposition of the Orsha Ethnographic Museum "Mlyn", which is located in the building of an old water mill. In order to study the events of the Great Patriotic War in the Orsha district, the students visited the Military History Museum named after Hero of the Soviet Union Konstantin Sergeyevich Zaslonov and the Memorial Complex "For Our Soviet Motherland" ("Katyusha").

The excursion provided an opportunity for the VSMU students to learn more about the culture and history of the Orsha region.
