From 4 to 6, 2024, 5 students of the Faculty of Medicine took part in the X International Youth Medical Congress "St. Petersburg Scientific Readings - 2024", held at the First St. Petersburg State Medical University named after Academician I.P. Pavlov.

The scientific work of the 3rd year students of the Faculty of Medicine Kushchina M.K. and Ladik N.O. "Correlation relationship between the levels of the Cxcl12 gene and microRNA-3558-3p involved in the process of cell migration from the bone marrow under conditions of experimental liver fibrosis" (supervisor – the Associate Professor of the Department of Histology, Cytology and Embryology Lebedeva E.I.) took first place and was recognized as one of the best. The 6th year student Belyaeva D.A. received a 3rd degree diploma. The 4th and 6th year students Kizimenko A.A. and Nesterenok A.I. received participant certificates.

Scientific Director of the SSS and the Society of Young Scientists of the St. Petersburg State Medical University named after Academician I.P. Pavlov, Professor Gavrisheva N.A. noted the high level of special and general educational training of the students of our university.
