On November 22, 2024, a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council was held at VSMU, at which the following decisions were made:

the topics and individual plans for the implementation of 8 doctoral and 4 candidate dissertations were approved;

reports on the implementation of SPSR assignments for 2024 were reviewed and approved;

research projects were recommended for participation in the SPSR assignment competition;

Initiative research work was approved and recommended for inclusion in the plan of scientific research work;

nominated candidates for participation in the annual open regional competition for awards of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee for talented young scientists and specialists;

student scientific works were recommended for the Republican contest of scientific works of students in 2024;

recommended application instructions for submission to the expert commission of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus.
