On November 21, 2024, a dialogue platform with students was held at the Vitebsk State Medical University with the participation of the Chairman of the regional organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers Vladimir Plytkevich.

A serious conversation with young people took place on current topics - the election of the President of the Republic of Belarus and the results of 30 years of functioning of the presidency.

As the leader of the regional industry trade union noted: "Today, our country has created all the conditions for young people: high-quality education, employment, starting a family, realizing potential in the interests of society. And, as time has shown, we can confidently say that young people are ready to actively participate in the political life of the country, to contribute to its development."

The Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of VSMU Employees, Aleksandr Myasoedov, explained to the youth the basic principles of the electoral system, spoke about the procedure for nominating candidates, and presented the calendar plan of the electoral campaign. For students, the meeting became an opportunity to ask questions of interest to them, share their opinions, and receive up-to-date information about events in the life of the state.
