September 24-26, 2024, as part of the implementation of the popular science expedition of the student popular science expeditions project of the "Studturizm.rf" platform, VSMU was visited by students from the Northern (Arctic) Federal University (Arkhangelsk).

The program of the stay included acquaintance with the city of Vitebsk: a sightseeing tour of the city, an excursion to the Zdravnevo Museum-Estate and Dukhovskoy Kruglik.

At VSMU the guests from Arkhangelsk were greeted by the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Organizational and Legal Work of VSMU Denis Lits and the Head of the Department for Educational Work with Youth Alexandra Klimenkova.

During the visit the guests got acquainted with the traditions, history and modernity of our university. They assessed the training base for medical students, learned about the organization of student self-government and extracurricular activities of VSMU students.
