On August 27, 2024, the Republican Pedagogical Council was held in the Palace of the Republic with the participation of the Head of the State Alexander Lukashenko.

The VSMU delegation headed by the Rector of the University Alexei Chukanov took part in this large-scale forum.

In total, more than 2500 people took part in the event in the Palace of the Republic, including representatives of regional delegations: heads of higher education establishments, teachers, directors of schools and colleges. The Republican Pedagogical Council was also attended by heads of government bodies, republican public associations and parliamentarians.

The participants set priorities not only for the coming year, but also for the future, and identified the tasks to be solved.
