A meeting between the Vice-Rector for International Affairs and Organizational and Legal Work of VSMU Denis Lits and university graduates undergoing an internship at the healthcare institution "Vitebsk City Clinical Hospital of Emergency Medical Care" was held.

The main attention was paid to the labor, social and legal aspects of the graduates' internship, and issues of adaptation in the team.

During the dialogue, the need to create favorable conditions for interns was emphasized, both in terms of organizing the work process and in solving everyday and social issues. It was noted that successful completion of the internship is an important stage in the development of young specialists and determines their further professional development.

After the event, interns were able to ask questions of interest and receive individual consultations.
