The 4^th year students of the medical faculty of Samara State Medical University and the 3^rd year students of Kirov State Medical University undergo internship at Vitebsk Regional Clinical Hospital on the basis of VSMU, where they improve their professional skills.

The students have already become familiar with the work of the therapeutic departments: cardiology, rheumatology, hematology, neurology, pulmonology, hemodialysis, etc.

They also visited the departments of traumatology, orthopedics and cardiac surgery.

Student from Kirov Valeria Putilova notes:

“I really liked the departments of hematology, allergology, cardiology, pulmonology and nephrology. Teachers  were especially happy to see us, helped us and gave us the opportunity to demonstrate our skills at these departments. We hope that next week there will be even more variety and we will get to functional diagnostics. I would especially like to note the tour of the hemodialysis department, it was very interesting and informative”.
