On June 4, 2024, the professional skills competition for dental students “Dentistry is our profession” ended, in which 5 teams from higher medical educational establishments of Belarus and Russia took part: the Order of the Red Banner of Labor Medical Institute named after. S.I. Georgievsky,  Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education named after V.I. Vernadsky, Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education Omsk Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia, National Research State University of Nizhny Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky; Institute of Clinical Medicine, Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University, Belarusian State Medical University.

The VSMU team included: Egor Kundius (the 3rd year), Fedor Cherenok (the 4th year), Valery Strukov (the 3rd year), Alexander Adamovich (the 5th year).

According to the results of the Olympiad, our university team took 3rd place in the test control of the level of knowledge, and team members Kundius Egor and Cherenok Fedor won 1st and 3rd places, respectively, in the nomination “Demonstration of the stages of performing aesthetic restoration of hard dental tissues (Class II according to Black).”
