From May 24 to 26, 2024, the XV Republican Spartakiad of Healthcare Workers was held in Raubichi, where the VSMU employees also competed as part of the Vitebsk region team. And the performance was very successful:

The 2nd overall team place at the Spartakiad was taken by the team from the Vitebsk region;

1st place in the swimming competition among men in the age category up to 35 years was taken by Yuri Suvorov, 3rd place in the age category over 35 years old - Dmitry Prokhorenko (both sports club instructors);

1st place in the women's darts competition was taken by Tamara Chernomordova (physical education laboratory assistant);

2nd place in the track and field relay race was won by the Vitebsk region team, which included Valery Golipad (senior teacher of pathanatomy and forensic medicine) and Victoria Randarenko (the 4th year student of the Faculty of Dentistry).
