On April 29, 2024, a dialogue platform “The All-Belarusian People's Assembly is a guarantor of political stability and sovereignty” was held at VSMU with the 4th year students of the Faculty of Medicine.

The speaker of the event was a student of the Faculty of Medicine at VSMU, Elizaveta Ivanova, the youngest delegate of the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly.

During the conversation, it was emphasized that the Supreme National Assembly is a platform for discussing and making decisions on important issues of the country’s development, strengthening national unity and sovereignty. Elizaveta noted that updating the status of the Supreme Council opens up new opportunities for the development of a model of democracy in Belarus, increases the role and significance of the Supreme Council in the public administration system, and also approves the main directions of domestic and foreign policy, military doctrine, the concept of national security, and programs for the socio-economic development of the Republic Belarus.
