On March 7, 2024, VSMU hosted a festive event dedicated to the wonderful spring holiday - Women's Day.

The rector of the Vitebsk State Medical University Alexey Chukanov, the head of the military department Igor Lyatos, the chairman of the Belarusian Union of Women of VSMU Elena Sharykhina, the chairman of the trade union committee of VSMU students Alexander Myasoedov addressed those present with words of congratulations.

Festive creative numbers were presented by participants of the pop song studio "Tandem" of the VSMU student club, the heartfelt poems of Robert Rozhdestvensky were performed by Mikhail Chizhevsky, and the cheerful "Spring Medley" on the accordion was presented to those present by Nikita Pavlenko.

During the event, mothers with many children and employees of VSMU received special attention.

As part of the festive events, the opening of the photo exhibition “Beautiful Women Names...” dedicated to the female half of the VSMU team took place.
