On January 22, 2024, a meeting between Vice-Rector of International Affairs and Organizational and Legal Work of VSMU Denis Lits, representatives of International and Interregional Affairs Office, representatives of Pharmaseutical Faculty and Gulnara Iskhakovna Utegenova, PhD, Doctor of the Chair of Organization and Management of the Faculty of Pharmacy of JSC “South Kazakhstan Medical Academy” (JSC “SKMA”) and students of the specified educational institution was held.

In accordance with the Memorandum of Cooperation between JSC “SKMA” and VSMU, as part of the academic mobility program, from January 12 to 25, 2024, 3^rd  year students of the Faculty of Pharmacy of JSC “SKMA” undergo practical training “Organization of Pharmaceutical Activities” at VSMU.

At the meeting, students shared their impressions, which evoked only positive emotions. The internship program includes visits to chairs of Pharmaseutical Faculty of VSMU, a network of state pharmacies and Rubicon LLC. During the meeting, agreements were reached to intensify scientific and practical work in the field of pharmacy between VSMU and JSC "SKMA".
