The International Congress on Molecular Immunology and Allergology IMAC 2023 was held on November 23-24, 2023, in Moscow. From the Republic of Belarus the scientific and pedagogical school of clinical immunology and allergology of VSMU was represented by the head of the department of clinical immunology and allergology with FAT and Retraining Professor Oksana Ishchenko, Associate Professor Natalya Alyakhnovich and Associate Professor Irina Shchurok.

The Congress program included 21 symposia, 3 plenary sessions, 72 lectures. 17 foreign and 49 Russian experts acted as speakers. The event included an exhibition demonstrating the latest developments of pharmaceutical companies.

Participation in the Congress provided an opportunity to create promising professional collaborations. The reports of the Belarusian speakers were received with great interest, and the possibilities of joint projects were discussed.
