On November 20, 2023, at VSMU a dialogue platform was held with the ideological activists of the Oktyabrsky district of Vitebsk.

The speakers of the event were: the Head of the Administration of the Oktyabrsky District of Vitebsk Yuri Panfilov, the Deputy Head of the Administration of the Oktyabrsky District of the City of Vitebsk Tatyana Ignatkova, the Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Administration of the Oktyabrsky District of the City of Vitebsk Dmitry Borodavko, the Director of the Vitebsk Regional Museum of Local Lore Tatyana Starinskaya, the Head of the Hygiene Department of the Vitebsk Zonal Hygiene Center and Epidemiology Nikolai Krasovsky.

Among the main issues that were discussed at the dialogue platform were the main directions of the socio-economic development of the republic, issues of ensuring security in the field of information technology, and the need for vaccination against influenza was also emphasized.
