On October 17, 2023, a meeting of the board of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee was held at the State Healthcare Institution “Vitebsk City Central Clinic”. The following issues were discussed at the meeting:

- the demographic situation in the Vitebsk region;

- the progress of the implementation of the Action Plan to eliminate deficiencies in healthcare institutions of the Vitebsk region, approved by order of the State Healthcare Institution dated 05.05.2023 No. 307;

- the work of the laboratory service in the Vitebsk region.

First Vice-Rector Alina Shchupakova and Vice-Rector for Medical Work Maxim Savchuk took part in the board meeting from VSMU.
