On the eve of Mother's Day, which is celebrated in our country on October 14, the trade union committee of students of Vitebsk State Medical University on October 12, 2023 as part of the Republican trade union action “Let's congratulate mom together!” provided an opportunity for students to congratulate their mothers on the upcoming holiday in a very pleasant and sweet way. On the first floor of the laboratory and theoretical building, every student could make a greeting card or write a letter for his beloved mother.

“The campaign “Let's congratulate mom together!” has been held at our university for more then one year, and we are very glad that this method of congratulations has become a good and pleasant tradition for our students and their mothers. Also, as part of the week of parental love and in order to maintain a positive image of a full family among young people, all VSMU students with children will receive a cash gift from the trade union committee,” noted the chairman of the students’ trade union committee Alexander Myasoedov.
