On October 4, members of the military-patriotic club of VSMU “Serving the Fatherland” took part in the reburial ceremony in the mass grave in the village Nadezhino Liozny district of the remains of medical service lieutenant Fedor Mikhailovich Telichko.

Fyodor Mikhailovich died on December 8, 1943 near the village Patsevo, Liozny district, during enemy shelling, providing assistance to wounded pilots. He was awarded the medal “For Courage” and the Order of the Patriotic War, II degree, posthumously.

Previously, our activists took care of the first burial site of a military medical worker, and also took part in the exhumation of the remains.
