A visiting meeting of the Republican Interdepartmental Council on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities was held on the basis of the “Babinichy Psychoneurological Boarding Home for the Elderly and Disabled”, at which the issues on the state of work on solving the problems of persons with disabilities in the Vitebsk region were discussed as well as on the implementation of the principle of inclusion in education.
