On September 24, 2024, as part of a visit to the Vitebsk region, the official delegation of the Republic of Crimea visited VSMU. The guests were welcomed by the first vice-rector of VSMU Shchupakova Alina and the head of the international relations department Pchelintseva Anna.

The electronic library system "BookUp" contains educational and scientific medical literature from Russian publishers, including translations of the best foreign publications, medical books in foreign languages

Includes the collection "Large Medical Library", containing literature from publishers of medical universities in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. To access the literature you must undergo individual registration from the IP address of the university.

On September 24, 2024, the opening ceremony of the exhibition of Chinese medical equipment was held in the China-Belarus Industrial Park "Great Stone".

On September 23, 2024, as part of the "Freshman Month", a dialogue platform was held with the participation of the deputy head of the department for supervision of compliance with legislation in the troops of the Vitebsk region prosecutor's office, senior adviser of justice Metelitsa I.V. with first-year students of the medical faculty.

Visits of the VSMU administration to the internship bases and the first workplace of young specialists are regular and are conducted in order to assess the quality of professional training of personnel and provide comprehensive assistance (social, legal and other) to university graduates.
