Vitebsk State Medical University at the International Olympiad in Morphology among the 2nd year students, held on December 7-8, 2023, at the Novosibirsk State Medical University, was represented by the team “plexus.brachialis.sinister” (consisting of Sergey Yupatov, Kristina Chicherova, Angelina Grits, Artem Kovalenka, Kukuruzyak Daria, Kochetygina Alexey) led by the VSMU Associate Professor of the Department of Human Anatomy - Petko Irina. The team adequately completed the tasks of the Olympiad, taking 5th place (the 2nd degree diploma).

On December 9, 2023, an open regional table tennis championship and a regional darts tournament among people with hearing impairments were held at VSMU.

The International Association of University Graduates of the Republic of Belarus organized a photography and video essay contest "Our Belarus: My Native University, My Dear Student Village."

Students of educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus, Belarusian and foreign students, graduates of Belarusian universities, representatives of youth associations can take part in the competition.

Acceptance of competitive works is carried out from November 20, 2023 to February 10, 2024 at the postal address of the International Association of University Graduates

Vitebsk State Medical University at the International Medical Career Forum of student teams “Work is Cool”, held on December 7-10, 2023, in the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (Russian Federation), was represented by the 4th year student of the Faculty of Medicine Anastasia Mikhalchuk, commander of the medical team “Heroes of Our Time”, the BRYU activist.

An open darts and chess tournament was held at the Vitebsk State Medical University among city public organizations and political parties in the city of Vitebsk under the motto “For a United Belarus”.
